Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist to join our TEAM part-time! 

Serving all of the Pacific Northwest, The Recovery Village Ridgefield is a short drive from Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA. To support continued growth, we are adding a part-time Psychiatrist to the medical staff.   

Core Responsibilities  

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment.   
  • Conform with all medical standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Maintain timely, complete, accurate, and legible medical records for all patients evaluated and treated. 
  • Develop treatment plans which may include pharmacological, non-pharmacological, and educational interventions; as well as follow-ups, consultations and referrals. 
  • Provide mental health promotion, medication and education about all psychiatric diagnoses.  

Minimum Requirements  

  • Active and unrestricted license in the State of Washington as an MD or DO. 
  • Must hold active and unrestricted DEA privileges. 
  • Must hold, or be willing to obtain, XDEA (Suboxone Waiver/Waiver 2000) privileges. 
  • Board Certified in General/Adult Psychiatry. 
  • Board Certified in Addiction Psychiatry (or Addiction Medicine).
