Business Development Operations Manager 

Advanced Recovery Systems| Location – Winter Park, FL 

Reports to: VP of Business Development 

Job Duties: 

• Screens and interviews potential new hires for BD department, delivering thorough feedback to hiring manager  

• Prepares for and assists with delivering new hire orientation, initial onboarding training and monitors new hire progress, communicating with supervisor throughout the process  

• Assists with ongoing development of training materials and curriculum enhancements 

• Creates and distributes daily sales updates to business development team  

• Monitors and audits salesforce documentation daily from business development  

• Researches designated territories identifying key points of contact and creating targeted lists, and conducts preliminary prospecting outreach 

• Involved in special projects and the implementation of new strategies focused on scaling the department  

• Assists with managing business development budget by monitoring expenditures by rep, facility teams and department 

• Supports weekly reporting requirements by compiling information and verifying data 

• Prepares weekly agendas and documents all notes from business development team calls; follows up on assigned tasks and reports back to supervisor 

• Completes and keeps active all vendor credentials needed for business development representatives in each market 

• Completes necessary membership applications and monitors yearly renewals 

• Works with vendors to ensure fulfillment of BD needs and timely delivery 

• Other duties as assigned 


• Transferable field knowledge and experience in BD or outside sales position 

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision 

• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; is courteous, creative, enthusiastic, positive, and professional 

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service focus with all levels within and outside of the organization; including frequent interaction with executives and partner accounts 

• Ability to self-start and engage appropriate resources as needed-work independently on most aspects of job 

• Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while using sound judgment to make accurate, efficient decisions 

• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, attention to detail
