Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Cook to join our TEAM Full Time! 

The Production Cook is responsible for meal and food preparation, while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen and dining area. The Cook in this role should be competent, self-sufficient, and well-rounded in different areas of the kitchen. You should be able to work on entire meals from prep to execution to clean-up.

Experience in banquet cooking or institutional cooking is very helpful.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of experience in commercial food service as Production Cook or Line Cook.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
