Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, : LICSW, MSW, LMHC, LMHCa w/ CDP or CDPt to join our TEAM ! (Willing to hire without CDP or CDPT if candidate can get within 30 days of hire, supervision provided)  

 Serving all of the Pacific Northwest, The Recovery Village of Ridgefield is a short drive from Portland and Vancouver. The idyllic grounds are close to the banks of the Columbia River and the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. Throughout treatment, the healing power of the rolling hills, forests, and rivers that surround The Recovery Village provide a peaceful setting on the path to recovery.   

 The Clinician is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. This may include individual, group, or family counseling. We seek those with experience or comfort in the Residential or inpatient environment. Treating those with addictions, substance misuse disorders, and those with dual-diagnosis is highly desired.   


  •  Master's Degree in social work, clinical psychology, counseling, or related field.   
  •  At least 1-2 years of clinical experience, some of which must be in substance abuse/addiction field.   
  •  Familiarity with trauma-informed modalities.   
  •  Licensed in the State of Washington in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or equivalent.
