We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our TEAM Full-Time!  

Serving all of the Pacific Northwest, The Recovery Village Ridgefield is a short drive from Portland and Vancouver, and offers a full spectrum of treatment, from acute detox through IOP. Throughout treatment, the healing power of the rolling hills, forests and rivers that surround The Recovery Village helps clients work through difficult emotions in a healthy and productive way.

The PMHNP provides advanced psychiatric nursing services to patients in treatment, in collaboration with a licensed Physician.   

Core duties      

  • Maintain timely, complete, accurate, and legible medical records for all patients evaluated and treated.   
  • Obtain complete and focused psychiatric evaluations within the regulatory time frames.   
  • Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management.   
  • Participate (when asked) in the Peer to Peer Function at the facility.      


  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Psychiatric/Mental Health training program.   
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience.   
  • ANCC Board Certification in a Psychiatric/Mental Health specialty or subspecialty.   
  • Licensed in the State of Washington as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).   
  • Must hold active and unrestricted DEA privileges.   
  • Must hold, or be willing to obtain, XDEA (suboxone waiver) privileges.
