Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our TEAM!

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the telephone systems, retrieving messages from voice-mail, taking messages for staff and other tasks, as needed 

  • Knows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basis.
  • Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
  • Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
  • Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs. Ensures all visitors receive a “Visitor” badge and returns it after visit.
  • Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.


  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year in a professional office setting.
