Our Need:

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC seeks a proven Sales & Leadership Development Professional to lead Sales Training and help us scale Field Sales, Inside Sales and Sales Management functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping our organization foster a continuous improvement and learning culture by infusing training into our people, programs, and processes. This new role reflects our continued investment in human capital and talent development. In this role you’ll develop and execute training and training programs to ensure our organization helps more people, delivers incredible customer experience and exceeds business objectives across inside and field sales teams. 

Duties of the Position: 

• Create Training specific objectives with KPIs which align to department goals 

• Build comprehensive training programs designed to help ARS exceed business objectives 

• Ensure contextually consistent voice & messaging are delivered across partner, patient, alumni journeys  

• Execute training across multiple: 

o Positions (field sales/community outreach, sales management, sales development)  

o Learning Environments (online, in-person, over the phone, in-the-field) 

o Phases of Development (onboarding, ongoing, performance improvement, management). 

• Prioritize, create, update and cull training programs based on business need

o Experience - patient, partner and alumni experience 

• Improved scalability of positions, departments, teams and organizational performance as a result 

 Core Expectations:  

  • Sales Training Program and Delivery: Design and deliver training programs and tools to enhance performance and positively impact productivity for managers and their teams. Serve as subject matter expert of curriculum while creating programs that are aligned with core values and sales principals.  
  • Data Driven Approach: Provide post-training program feedback and solutions to support application of learning. Ongoing analysis to evaluate the overall effectiveness of sales
    training and ongoing development of applicable resources. 
  • Ongoing Needs Assessments: Identify development opportunities and competency gaps by working with internal stakeholders. Serve as an internal consultant to drive talent
    strategy including enhancing team dynamics.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the addiction industry and/or high-volume relationship-based sales 
  • 5+ years of progressive training/facilitation experience 
  • 5+ years of people management experience 
  • 20-40% travel 

Experience Requirements: Training  

  • Demonstrated ability to transform requirements into a final deliverable. 
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and managing a wide range of projects. 
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments, gap analysis, performance analysis, and determine the appropriate performance improvement training solution or initiative. 

Knowledge and Skills Required  

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to influence leadership at all levels. 
  • Ability to work in and manage ambiguity- dealing with issues/areas that do not always have a process or a system in place. 
  • Ability to utilize Salesforce effectively. 
  • Experience working and building training within Learning Management Systems preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Master's Degree 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role 
  • Experience in a Director level role
