Agility manages over 1.6 million square meters of warehousing in key locations across the globe. The Agility Warehousing team in Kuwait plays a significant role in facilitating the demand of logistics and supply chain management within our network.

We serve over 290 customers from diverse business sectors like FMCG, pharmaceutical, furniture, Cooperative Society stores, electronics/electricals, fashion & cosmetics, Hazmat products, RMS, Telecom, pet food, and many others under different temperature storage conditions.

We operate a total area of 156,000 square meters, with 189,000 pallet positions.  We run 24/7 operations with a fleet of over 500 MHEs and a team of over 1200 warehousing specialists.  Our facilities are operated with the use of the best warehouse management systems and solutions.

The Role in brief

The Network Administrator provides direct support services to end-users in the installation, use, upgrade, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems and infrastructure of the MOH wide area network and building local area networks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, install, upgrade, update, configure, and repair local and wide area network infrastructure and its components
  • Install and integrate computer systems
  • Windows systems administration including installing system security patches; review tasks and issues, and recommend changes to reduce problem recurrences
  • Server management including regular monitoring and rectifying alerts
  • Mailbox creation for new users, and resolution of Microsoft Outlook Issues
  • Maintain methods, tools, and standards to maintain data center and/or server availability and performance
  • Maintain network maps of all sites, and develop and coordinate network replacement plan
  • DNS & DHCP administration in Active directory environment; active directory user and group management
  • Microsoft WSUS and antivirus software configuration; firmware upgrade/update for servers and firewall
  • Network firewall administration
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required system data are successfully backed up; SAN and NAS storage administration
  • Document and maintain IT assets, asset allocation, software licenses, and other records as per the organization requirement
  • Train site coordinators on simple network troubleshooting techniques
  • Analyze & recommend IT requirements to the reporting manager and work on to enhance IT infrastructure


Job Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a network and system administration role
  • MCSE certification, a plus
  • CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification, a plus

Your Proficiencies

  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016, and Cisco switches and routers
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to read and write in Arabic (a must), and able to communicate effectively in English at all levels
  • Natural problem-solver and team player
