Agility manages over 1.6 million square meters of warehousing in key locations across the globe. The Agility Warehousing team in Kuwait plays a significant role in facilitating the demand of logistics and supply chain management within our network.

We serve over 290 customers from diverse business sectors like FMCG, pharmaceutical, furniture, Cooperative Society stores, electronics/electricals, fashion & cosmetics, Hazmat products, RMS, Telecom, pet food, and many others under different temperature storage conditions.

We operate a total area of 156,000 square meters, with 189,000 pallet positions.  We run 24/7 operations with a fleet of over 500 MHEs and a team of over 1200 warehousing specialists.  Our facilities are operated with the use of the best warehouse management systems and solutions.

The Role in Brief

The Senior Manager for Warehousing directs the leadership of multiple Distribution and Warehousing Operations throughout Saudi Arabia and develops warehousing management solutions that cater to clients from various industries. This role is responsible for the design and implementation of warehouse operations processes, costing, and optimization of warehousing facilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Direct the leadership of multiple distribution and warehousing operations throughout Saudi Arabia and their respective management teams
  • Manage and analyze operational budget and expenses with full P&L accountability for all operations and aim to increase revenue and profitability;
  • Set and achieve business unit financial and operational goals; establish and oversee the implementation of KPI’s
  • Oversee and approve all internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Warehousing and other departments
  • Oversee the design and planning of operations requirements for new prospective warehousing facilities
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve organizational goals
  • Oversee training and development programs, recruitment, and performance management of employees within the business unit
  • Work with the team on productivity measures & KPI commitments to the customers
  • Work with the sales team on RFI/RFQs and further new customer onboarding
  • Drive the Warehouse Management System implementation and upgrades
  • Oversee the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and Security standards within the warehouse operations/facilities
