Job Description

Project Manager

Immediate need for a Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting the development and management of scope, schedule and budget for a portfolio of multi-million dollar Transmission & Distribution construction projects. Heavy construction project management experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects at a given time working on development of schedules, scopes, and budgets.
  • Identify business and system requirements for higher efficiency internally.
  • Processing items in the internal databases including contractor payment authorizations, project change orders and requests, contracts, etc.
  • Track project deliverables, change orders, contracts, and analyze invoicing to ensure accuracy.
  • Execute project close out activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Experience supporting construction projects highly desired.
  • Experience with project documentation including invoicing, contracts, etc.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
  • Utility Construction experience is a plus.
