Residential Case Manager



Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Case Manager for the Residential Treatment Center in Amarillo, TX. We provide temporary care to children in the custody of Child Protective Services for up to 90 days. During their stay with us, the children receive all of their medical and dental appointments, required assessments and therapeutic services to begin healing from previous trauma that they may have experienced.

As a Residential Case Manager, you'll be part of a professional team providing case coordination services for children placed in our facility. This will include development of assessments, treatment planning and psychoeducational groups for the youth. This position will allow you to interact daily with our youth and help to improve their sense of well-being and services while with us.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE AND/OR EXPERIENCE

The Case Manager shall possess a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with one year of related experience. Experience in working with children and families preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of current Auto Registration, Inspection and Insurance
  • Driving Record (three years) from the state in which the driver's license is valid
  • Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must submit to and pass random drug tests during employment.
  • Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
