Part Time Administrative Assistant – Newport News, VA

Construction company seeking Part Time Administrative Assistant to work 3 days per week. 

Job Responsibilities:
●Answer phones
●Type correspondence
●Data Entry for AP invoices
●Interact with vendors and subcontractors
●Oversee lien waivers and insurance certificates
●General office functions such as copying, scanning, faxing, filing

Job Requirements


  • At least one year experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience with Quickbooks preferred

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • High level verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Understanding of discretion and confidentiality
