Job Description

FAMILY PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR for the Child Well-Being Program


Will serve as the coordinator for the Family Partnership Meeting and Coordinate all communications.


Duties to include but not limited:


  • Receiving and clarifying referrals
  • Checking referrals
  • Contacting all parties
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Scribing meetings
  • Maintaining and keeping supplies
  • Entering information OASIS
  • Compiling monthly stats
  • Facilitating groups

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of human behavior mental health disorders, substance abuse, child development, child abuse or neglect, domestic violence.
  • Good organizational skills
  • good handwriting and typing skills
  • Skills instructing others in basic daily living task
  • Skills to engage children and families

Ability

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to publicly speak
  • Ability to work independently and as a group
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize own schedule
  • Ability to receive oral and written instruction

Job Requirements

Qualifications:


  •  Bachelor’s degree  Preferred in Human service related field with one year of Human Services experience. 

  • 4 years of experience in the human services field.
  • Must have strong customer service skills.

  • Strong computer experience to include advance knowledge of Word &  Excel

 Strong attention to detail and problem solving a must.

Employees are required to provide the following at time of hire, valid State of Virginia, current, VA or NC driver’s license, Car insurance and DMV record


Pay Rate $13.64
