Job Description

 Position Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the system administration of including user administration and training, system configuration, data integrity, and creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards. The administrator will work with system users, leadership and subject matter experts to understand business processes and implement changes through defined change management policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency. Salesforce Administrator will work on team of Salesforce professionals supporting the platform for the organization. Limited travel may be required.



•        Effectively perform Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance, system configuration, creation and maintenance of workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, approval processes, reports and dashboards

•        Manage day-to-day Salesforce support requests from users according to SLA requirements

•        Train new users on Salesforce platform and Atlantic Broadband’s implementation. Provide existing users with ongoing training based on system modifications and implementations

•        Create and maintain Salesforce-related business, technical and user documentation

•        Facilitate data integrity standards in Salesforce via Data Loader and other similar tools

•        Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce in order to provide relevant insights that support strategic objectives and KPIs.

•        Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

•        3-5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator

•        Salesforce Administrator Certification

•        Experience maintaining integrations between Salesforce with other enterprise systems

•        Experience using Conga, DocGen, DocuSign, Adobe EchoSign or similar within Salesforce

•        Ability to manage Salesforce-related projects including gathering requirements, creating and maintaining documentation, scheduling and facilitating meetings, task and resource allocation, communicating project status, etc.

•        Ability to translate end-user business requirements into technical system requirements

•        Proficient in project management applications such as Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.

•        Experience working on a team of individuals supporting Salesforce for an organization.

•        Experience supporting multiple Salesforce Organizations and 200+ users a plus

•        Experience executing Salesforce enhancements through full Software Development Lifecycle


  • Bachelor’s Degree  or Equivalent experience
  • English (Required) / Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or G-Suite equivalent
