Job Description

Automated Health Systems seeks motivated and team-oriented individual for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position.  

Job Requirements

Position will provide company-wide support for language interpretation assistance.

 Bilingual language proficiency (i.e. Spanish or Arabic) required;

  • Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely in both languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written); professional phone manner; strong computer skills.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in call center customer service position required.
  • Previous experience with oral/written interpretation/translation is preferred. 
  • High School Diploma/GED certificate required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
