Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking for a call center management professional in the North Hills area.

As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and leading a phone-based team to assist Medicaid providers. Qualifications for the position include:

Job Requirements

  • Must possess four years of experience managing call center functions for a health care-related organization.
  • Must possess two years of experience managing a health care provider enrollment call center required.
  • Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, MD Medicaid, as well as experience with low income populations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related field.
