Job Description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire a call center supervisory professional to join its team in Tallahassee, FL.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives that assist customers with FL Medicaid enrollment and related tasks.  Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of Medicaid and call center operations.   

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications for the position include:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience with health and human services and familiarity with Florida Medicaid programs preferred.
    • Associate degree or equivalent training/experience required.
