Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire temporary, part time call center professionals to join its team in Tallahassee, Florida.

 

Job Requirements

As a Choice Counseling Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services. Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

 

Available shifts from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Thursday and 8am to 7 pm Friday.
