Job Description

Automated Health Systems is seeking candidates for temporary, part-time Call Center Customer Service positions in the Schaumburg, IL area.

In this role, you will be focused on helping individuals and families get access to health care services. Your overall goal is to have a positive attitude, be skilled at working between multiple screens and have excellent interpersonal phone skills.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Social Work preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Experience with health insurance/Medicaid preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer data entry skills.
  • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., working with multiple computer systems) required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.

Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.

 Hours of Operation:  Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
