Call Center Specialist Job Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years customer service or call center experience.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Passion for helping people.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong PC proficiency.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent call center experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast pace environment.
- Available to work between 7 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday.
Positions paid @ $15/hr.
