Job Description

Automated Health Systems is hiring a part time Intake Specialist in the West Lafayette area.

As a part of the Indiana Intake Agent Services Program, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to child care services.  

Job Requirements

Intake Specialist will assist parents with the application process and documentation required. 

Qualifications for the positions include:

  • Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer service required; previous eligibility experience preferred;  
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong PC proficiency and a customer focus with a passion for helping people;
  • Knowledge of screening and eligibility requirements for Indiana public benefits preferred;
  • HS Diploma Required,  Associate Degree and/or related experience preferred.

Bilingual language skills a plus.
