Job Description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire a full-time administrative professional in the North Hills area.

In the Payroll/Benefits Support position, you will be responsible for working in a team-oriented environment to assist the Payroll and Benefits Department with administration for multi-state locations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Minimum 1 year of payroll, HRIS and related administrative experience required.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
  • Must possess basic knowledge of employment laws impacting HR and payroll functions.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information. 
  • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., advanced Microsoft Excel and database management skills). 
  • Associate degree and/or equivalent training/experience required.
