Job Description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire management professionals to join its team in the Santa Fe/Albuquerque, NM area.

As a part of the Start-up Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading a call center team to assist Medicaid members.

Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of New Mexico Medicaid/Managed Care, eligibility, and low-income populations.  Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent training or experience required.

Job Requirements


  • Project Director: Must possess five to seven years of leadership and project management experience in a health care-related project. 
  • Call Center Manager:  Must possess three years’ experience managing call center operations.  Previous experience with a health care-related or Medicaid program preferred.
  • Training/QA Manager:  Must possess three years’ experience of training development and delivery experience, including knowledge of training and adult-learning theory and principles and instructional design methods.  Previous quality assurance experience in a call center environment strongly preferred.
