Job Description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is hiring motivated and experienced management staff for positions in the Harrisburg, PA area.

As a part of the Start-up Management Team, you will be responsible to support and lead a state-wide call center which will assist with eligibility and enrollment for health insurance programs. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of the ACA, Pennsylvania Medicaid, Managed Care, eligibility, and low-income populations.  Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience/training required.  

Job Requirements

Qualifications for these positions include:

Director of Operations: Must possess five years’ of leadership and call center management experience.  Requires large scale project implementation experience to assist with the oversight of call center operations. 

Call Center Director: Must possess five to seven years of workforce management experience in a call center environment.  Health care background preferred.

Training/Quality Assurance Manager: Must possess three to five years of training development and delivery experience, including knowledge of training and adult-learning theory and principles and instructional design methods. Must possess three to five years of quality assurance experience in a call center environment.  

Human Resources Manager: Must possess three to five years of human resources experience with emphasis on recruitment, staffing, and employee relations.  Health care background preferred.
