Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications
✔ Set up, adjust, and monitor machine settings to ensure quality output
✔ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
✔ Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
✔ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience as a CNC Operator is preferred, but entry-level candidates with technical training will be considered
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC programming, G-code, and machine controls (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]
Team Player: Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
