Available Staffing Network is seeking Fabric Sewing Operators to join our team. If you have experience operating sewing machines, working with textiles, or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate industrial or standard sewing machines to stitch, hem, and assemble fabric materials
✔ Follow patterns, instructions, and quality guidelines for production
✔ Inspect fabric and finished products for defects and ensure quality control
✔ Maintain and adjust sewing machines for optimal performance
✔ Handle different types of fabrics, including cutting, measuring, and trimming as needed
✔ Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in sewing, tailoring, or textile work preferred (but not required – training available)
Skills: Strong attention to detail, precision stitching, and ability to follow sewing patterns
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and various sewing techniques (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and work with hands-on, repetitive tasks
Work Ethic: Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
