Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Administrator at our client company, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents, such as employment contracts and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as training and development programs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.



 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
