Key Responsibilities:

✔ Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
✔ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors as needed
✔ Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
✔ Dust furniture, windows, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness
✔ Restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials
✔ Operate and maintain janitorial equipment properly
✔ Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
✔ Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred (but not required – training available)
Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and time management
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs], stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
