Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
✔ Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in workflow and quality
✔ Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process instructions and work standards
✔ Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
✔ Implement automation and advanced manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity
✔ Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials and equipment meet quality standards
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
✔ Assist in new product development, prototyping, and testing for manufacturability
✔ Train production staff on new processes and equipment

Job Requirements



What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing, production, or process engineering role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and knowledge of manufacturing technologies
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to improve efficiency and resolve production issues
Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document processes
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a factory environment, inspect machinery, and oversee production lines
