Key Responsibilities:

✔ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
✔ Process, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
✔ Maintain inventory records and update stock levels in the system
✔ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
✔ Coordinate with delivery drivers, carriers, and internal departments for shipping schedules
✔ Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
✔ Assist with general warehouse tasks such as stocking, sorting, and order fulfillment
✔ Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortages to management

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred (but not required – training available)
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Technology: Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs], stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse setting
