Key Responsibilities:

✔ Greet and assist guests/customers in a professional and friendly manner
✔ Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas
✔ Maintain a smooth and organized flow of traffic in parking lots/garages
✔ Handle customer vehicles with care and ensure proper security
✔ Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and driving regulations
✔ Provide assistance with directions and general customer inquiries
✔ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the valet area
✔ Report any vehicle incidents or operational concerns to the supervisor

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior valet, driving, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
License Requirement: Must have a valid and active driver’s license with a clean driving record
Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods
Work Ethic: Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
