Job Description


Job Duties:

•Includes individual, group and family counseling.
•Coordinates care and services to adults and children/adolescents with a behavioral health diagnosis or addictive disease.
•May work in the community in locations such as public schools and courts.
•Must be able to work some evening clinic hours.


Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed in the State of Georgia as a LMFT, LPC or LCSW in Georgia.

LCSW/LPC - Licensure with less than one year of post-licensure experience - $42,000
- Licensure with one year of post-licensure experience - $44,000
- Licensure with three years of post-licensure experience - $47,000

LMFT - Licensure with les than one year of post licensure experience - $40,000
- Licensure with one year of post-licensure experience - $42,000
- Licensure with three years of post-licensure experience - $45,000


Must have valid Georgia driver's license and no driver may have 6 or more points against his/her license within the last five years. No driver may have had a DUI or suspended license within the last five years.

Employees are eligible to apply for loan repayment assistance through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program.
