Avita Community Partners is excited to announce a Mental Health Counselor opportunity to work with clients in our Outpatient Services.

Job Description:
•Provides mental health services to adults and/or children and youth with a severe and persistent mental illness and/or addictive disease an outpatient setting. Includes individual counseling, diagnostic assessments, group therapy, family counseling and contact within the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Full Licensure as a LMFT, LCSW or LPC in Georgia

LCSW/LPC - Licensure with less than one year of post-licensure experience - $42,000
- Licensure with one year of post-licensure experience - $44,000
- Licensure with three years of post-licensure experience - $47,000

LMFT - Licensure with les than one year of post licensure experience - $40,000
- Licensure with one year of post-licensure experience - $42,000
- Licensure with three years of post-licensure experience - $45,000

Position is subject to Incentive Bonus Program with additional potential earnings of up to $1350.00 per quarter.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Understanding of Carelogic a plus.

•Criminal Background Check is required on all employees.
•Pre-employment Drug Screen required
•Motor Vehicle Report required on all employees who transport clients. Must have valid Georgia drivers license and no driver may have 6 or more points against his/her license within the last five years. No driver may have had a suspended or revoked license within the last five years.
