Become a part our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Bilingual Case Manager in the Residential and Independent Living Support program at Behavioral Health Network! Case Managers provide direct services promoting the growth, independence, and safety of all the individuals we serve. As a Bilingual Case Manager, you will help to monitor overall health and well-being of individuals, assist with all aspects of medication treatment and administration, and provide crisis intervention, emergency services, and safe transportation when needed. In this role, you will encourage independence and decision making, and assist in enhancing and fostering social support networks and relationships. Other indirect services must be performed, such as communication between staff, the program and outside agencies, and the program and families, as well as working with our individuals served.  Administrative duties include addressing disciplinary issues as they arise, creating schedules, and reviewing the employees’ time sheets among other tasks. Training will be provided to you by Behavioral Health Network.  A position as a Bilingual Case Manager is an opportunity for you to grow in your leadership and organizational skills in this position.

Job Requirements

Case Managers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Candidates must be committed to consumer empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration.
  • Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
  • Minimum of two years experience in human services (required).
  • Supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of Associates Degree in a related field (required). BA/BS in related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable car available for working hours (required).
