The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of Bachelors, Masters, and other professional level Care Coordinators. The Clinical Supervisor is a part of the supervisory team working closely with other program supervisors/managers to create and implement various policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing initial and ongoing Wraparound training and ensuring that high fidelity Wraparound is provided to youth/families.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support with the following:

  • Providing effective and positive leadership to a team of Care Coordinators.
  • Providing individual supervision to Care Coordinators and a variety of clinical supervision modalities including dyad, group, and field observation to Care Coordinators and Family Partners.
  • Implementing and uses fidelity measures in coaching staff to high fidelity Wraparound.
  • Ensuring that the essential job functions of staff are adhered to including direct service work, Wraparound skillsets, documentation, and other responsibilities.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with program standards including documentation, deadlines, and other program and agency policies.
  • Providing initial training and ongoing coaching and evaluation of Care Coordinators.
  • Supporting program with ongoing training needs for Care Coordinators and Family Partners.
  • Building collaborative relationships with internal and external child and family serving systems and participates in Systems of Care meetings and other collaboration meetings as determined by the Program Director.
  • Responding to supervisory on-call needs of the program.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health related field required.
  • Licensure at independent level in discipline required.
  • Certification in the Massachusetts CANS required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families required.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Prior experience working collaboratively with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and/or behavioral health outpatient facilities.
  • Experience in a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
  • Must have familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.
