Join our team of dedicated human services professionals as an In-Home Therapy Clinician in our In-Home Therapy Program in Ware, MA!

In Home Therapy clinicians work together with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to support children with behavioral health challenges and their families to achieve stability and success in the community. In-Home Therapy Clinicians help families through family therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention and management and care coordination using a trauma informed, team-based model of care, provided in the child and families’ natural environments.

What are we looking for in an In-Home Therapy Clinician

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field minimum (required).
  • Have independent licensure or are license-eligible and actively working towards licensure (required).
  • CANS-MA certified (required).
  • Familiarity with DSM V
  • Have broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques including family therapy (required).
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
  • Working knowledge of community resources.
