The Quality Supervisor is responsible to providing successful quality assurance and quality improvement processes of the care management program, serving adults with chronic behavioral and medical conditions, with the goal of improving health outcomes and overall quality of care.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the program with the following:

• Providing high quality supervision to Quality Assistants and other direct reports in the program to teach, monitoring and supporting their quality functions, professional growth and work performance.
• Overseeing and ensuring quality compliance with agency regulations and program contract requirements.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring reports and workflows in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
• Maintaining effective and collaborative communication with stakeholders.
• Analyzing data to understand implications on services, clients, staff or other key performance indicators.
• Facilitates, defines, and documents various business and clinical processes and acts as a liaison between the staff and managers with the IS/IT team to use for technical enhancements in the electronic documentation tools.
• Conducts site reviews and provides guidance to supervisory staff to determine whether a program meets regulatory or contract requirements.

The Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) team at BHN has extensive experience in managing and coordinating care for adults ages 21-64. It holds each individual at the core of what it does. Through the coordination and integration of care, BHCP assists individuals with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes.

What are we looking for in a Quality Supervisor?

Qualification/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Must have 5 years' experience in the healthcare or human services.
• Prior supervisory or consultative experience in quality performance and assurance preferred.
• knowledge of principles of behavioral health.
• Must be committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration.
• Must be able to analyze data as it relates to population health.
• Must understand the importance of information to inform system change.
• Must have an intermediate competence in word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems.
