Each team earn $155,000+ W2 -  Plus Home Every Week!!!!

Operational Summary:

Drivers will work approximately 3-5 days per week. Home every week!!!

Drivers are Team Drivers with Start Times and days that can vary and will be confirmed by Management and may vary as needed. The times may change based on customer request, as well. The Drivers must be customer service oriented and professional in behavior and appearance at all times. Hauling 53' trailers.

Spouse teams welcome. 2nd driver can have less than 2 year experience to apply!


Company Driver Pay: Team splits $0.62 cpm

Target of 4500-5000 mi per Driver per Week. 

Target W2 155,000K+ per team - which doesn't include Safety and Sign on Bonuses


Each Driver Must be:

• Motivated / able to make complete outbound and inbound assignments with strong people skills in order to communicate and perform to the customer request.

• Driving with another driver and accountable for knowing the product and securing the product as direct by BHT management.

• Safety Compliant in all aspects, including but not limited to: wearing seatbelt, NOT speeding, proper DOT securing of load, PPE equipment of Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots, and Safety Vests.

• Able to Use People Net and Electronic Logs

• Follow Paper Security Procedures: cannot stop / drop loads in transit without permission and a driver with the load at all times.
