Title / Status                      :   Experience Enabler (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Your work schedule shall initially be five (5) days a week, Monday to Friday.  Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that may be given to you by your Immediate Supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Acquisition Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
  • Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
  • Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
  • Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
  • Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes.
