Senior Report Developer

Position Purpose: The Senior Report Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of custom reporting solutions as well as the creation of ad hoc queries, reports and exports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Detail knowledge of Avaya CMS and Aspect eWFM
  • Ability to develop and generate reports using enterprise level reporting tool – mainly Excel, SSMS, and various client systems
  • Perform ongoing support for production applications including system monitoring, processing, user support and queries.
  • Develop and design new reports at internal / external client request and create ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Follow and contribute to team standards and utilize industry best practices.
  • Work effectively across various US and international support teams and with business management.
  • Finding solutions for automating reports through use of macros, data connections and leveraging other resources.


  • 1+ Year experience working with Avaya CMS and Aspect eWFM
  • 2-4 Years’ experience excel (PowerPivot), pivot tables, macros, data connections and advanced calculations
  • 1 + Years’ experience working with data warehouse systems and a solid understanding of the data warehouse life cycle
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-dimensional data structures
  • 2+ Years of experience working with clients to define and develop reports that enhance business decision making capabilities
  • A proven ability to develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs and the ability to incorporate them into a new report
  • Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills. Solid oral, written, and presentation as well as strong interpersonal skills are required
  • A team player with the ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
