Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Position Purpose: The HR Coordinator will be the main point of contact for the various Philippine Government Agencies in terms of the government mandated benefits. He will also handle time keeping and will be responsible for administrative and clerical support for activities involving processing of both government mandated and company initiated benefits.

Reports To: Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administration of SSS Benefits such as but not limited to Sickness, Maternity, Disability, Retirement, Funeral as well as loan application and disbursement etc.
  • Administration  of HDMF Benefits such as but not limited to membership coverage, multi-purpose loan and calamity loan
  • Administration of Philhealth Benefits
  • Process enrollments, changes of data/beneficiaries, and terminations of employees for Company initiated programs such as but not limited to HMO coverage, life insurance and accident insurance
  • Process employee updates in data such as but not limited to changes in civil status to all government agencies
  • Generation of timekeeping hours from the TKS and manual instructions as needed
  • Leave tracking not covered by TKS such as but not limited to: Solo Parent Leave, TOL, Victims of Violence Against Women and their Children
  • Generation of reports as required
  • Attend government mandated training and seminar as required


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Should have at least 1 year experience in handling and processing of Government mandated benefits (SSS, HDMF, BIR etc. ) and 1 year cumulative experience in Human Resources
  • Must have strong customer service coordination
  • Accustomed to  a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate must be confident, has high attention to detail, able to communicate in English well and must be willing to work on shifting schedules
