Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc., a growing company located in Syracuse, NY, and one of the largest restaurant companies in the U.S., has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Document Scanner in our Accounts Payable Department. This position has a schedule of 25hrs/week.

This position will focus primarily performing scanning and mail functions, which include scanning Accounts Payable documents, renaming images, filing, opening & sorting mail and some data entry.

●  Process high volume of Accounts Payable documents for scanning and filing to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents to support operations and corporate reporting.

●  Sort and distribute mail for processing.

●  Distribute and stuff checks for mailing.

●  Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

●  Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Experience working in a fast paced, high volume processing environment. 1 to 2 years of work experience in an office environment desired. Candidate must have good customer service skills and good written/oral communication skills.
