As a Restaurant Manager with Carrols, you must have the drive to grow and succeed professionally and have a natural aptitude for leadership. You must be friendly, bright and organized and you must possess superb customer service and communication skills. You must also display the integrity and character necessary to make ethical decisions for our business and guests. And, you must take initiative to drive activity and change.

Job Requirements

  • RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT Experience REQUIREDQSR preferred
  • Willing to undergo a Drug Screening and Background Checkin accordance with local laws and regulations
  • MUST possess a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and Personal Transportation
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)College Degree a plus
  • Work a 50 hour work week which includes Nights, Weekends and some Holidays
  • Ability to Lift at least 25 pounds
  • Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Perform Multiple Tasks
  • Maintain Productivity, Composure and a Pleasant Attitude Under Pressure
