Head Start Program Coordinator 

Location: 4629 Aicholtz Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45244 

Full Time Year Round

We are seeking a Program Coordinator working as a member of the Early Childhood Programs. The Head Start Program Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations and oversight of Head Start centers serving preschool age children 3-5 in the Clermont County area. Responsibilities include the supervision of staff, coordinating services with school districts, communicating with parents as well as ensuring program quality and licensing/regulatory standards are met.   

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in child development, organized, experienced at supervising others, flexible, dependable and has the ability to work well with others.

Required Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related degree.   
  • Experience with families and children 3-5 preferred.  
  • 2 years’ management experience preferred  
  • Must meet requirements to qualify as a Center Administrator according to ODJFS.   

 Additional Requirements:  

Pass physical examination, background check and drug screen  

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, email, data entry, word processing and internet navigation.
