Customer Care Agent - Service

Button Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Kokomo is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual with great phone skills to fulfill the service call center position that is open. Business is growing rapidly, and Button is looking for an energetic individual with great customer service skills to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedules service appointments
  • Reschedule missed service appointments
  • Make daily call quota of 80-100 calls per day
  • Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
  • Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
  • Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
  • Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes
  • Follow all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards
  • Follow the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
  • Understand and follow all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from Supervisors
  • Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
  • Attend pertinent training and stay current with the service department concerns and service techniques
  • Other duties as assigned
