Customer Experience Technical Research Coordinator
Location: Bedford, MA 01730
Duration: 6 months

You love working with customers and engineers to learn how to make products and experience even better.
You're comfortable finding new existing and potential customers who are willing and able to provide their detailed experiences to you.
Sometimes you'll have them testing specific functions or steps, and sometimes you will just give them a goal to achieve, and then you'll compile their experiences, outcomes, and recommendations into comprehensive reports. These reports are used by engineers to improve our products and experiences, and make them desired and cherished in the marketplace.

Our robotics-based product is used in homes across the world.
We need your help setting up and coordinating with customers and testers who will use the product in their own homes. There will be hundreds of these people. You will be responsible for finding these people (some will already be in our database), then continuing to motivate and encourage them to use, try, and test the product, and then report their preferences, recommendations, and experiences to you.
You'll need to keep track of the user configurations and setup of their devices, and explain to them how to keep track of this information.
Then, you will consolidate and report all of these experiences and outcomes into logs, reports, and summaries for our development and marketing teams to make our products more robust, issue-free, and pleasing for our customers.

  • US Citizens or Green Card/Permanent Residents only. No sponsorships. No Corp-to-Corp.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Ability to find and motivate people to accomplish the tests and reporting
  • Direct experience interacting with customers and resolving issues
  • Background in research involving data gathering and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and execute a presentation/training for large groups of people
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of task execution and work with minimal supervision
  • Adept at summarizing and presenting complex test data
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skill are strongly desired
  • Experience with iOS and/or Android mobile apps
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Centercode Beta Test Management Solutions
  • Product defect tracking tools, especially Agile Central
  • Background in software test
  • Troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems
  • Statistical analysis of test results
  • Testing consumer vacuum and/or robotic products
  • Data acquisition as well as processing and analysis software
  • Bachelor Degree in related field is desired
