Basic Qualifications:
  • The Program Director position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in progressive program management, functional leadership and/or senior technical roles, with the ideal candidate having demonstrated capabilities in multiple leadership capacities. Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required active at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Our client has an immediate opening for a Program Director. The selected candidate will lead a team to design and deliver world-class RF Collection Systems in the area of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). The Program Director will work among a talented and technically accomplished group of colleagues, and enjoy a flexible work environment where contributions are recognized and rewarded.
  • The position will report to the Vice President, RF Intelligence Systems.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
  • Lead RF Collection business in support of the RF Intelligence Systems business area
  • Work closely with RF Intel Systems business area technical and management team to align business area capabilities, investments, and potential offerings with domestic and foreign intelligence markets
  • Ensure proper resourcing and focus on execution and growth
  • Execute strategies by leveraging the broader resource pool throughout our client. This involves significant cross-company communication with various functions and business management staff
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Intelligence Community (IC) and Foreign USG Partners, representing RF Collection programs, capabilities and offerings
  • Provide strategic leadership to ongoing programs and pursuits
  • Develop and maintain accurate orders and sales forecasts
  • Foster a team environment with program management, engineering and business development staff
 PREFERRED DEGREE TYPES AND EXPERIENCE:
  • The ideal candidate will additionally possess these basic qualifications:
  • Direct experience managing programs with USG Foreign Partners, to include foreign Direct Commercial Sales
  • Portfolio management of restricted contracts for the USG
  • Experience managing SIGINT Systems, preferably those related to Satellite or Terrestrial Collection;
  • A detailed understanding of the SIGINT market place including major customers and industry competitors
  • Demonstrated strong leadership behaviors, effective communications skills, a sophisticated understanding of budget management and the ability to successfully manage, grow and evolve our clients programs.
