Opportunity:  Assistance Quality Inspector / DOD-Aerospace / Mesa AZ/ (Immediate need…)
 
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
 
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
 
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
 
NO CLEARANCE – But applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
 
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
You are responsible for
  • Inspection of hardware both mechanical and Circuit Card Assemblies, ensuring they meet IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-620 Class 3 standards
  • Review and inspection of First Article documentation and product
  • Inspection of cable assemblies to IPC-WHMA-620 Class 3 standards
  • Documentation of non-conformances into database and assist with Root Cause and Corrective Action
  • Knowledge and understanding of AS9100 requirements
  • Performing Internal audits and documentation of Root Cause and Corrective Actions
  • Input of data in Manufacturing Shop Floor Control System
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
You are a part of Mission Assurance team and you role is to ensure all products meet program and IPC requirements in support of the end user safety and mission success.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Minimum 5 years inspection experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-620
  • Experience working with Circuit Card Assemblies and Box level assemblies
  • Experience working with Lean Production Work Teams
  • Experience working in an Electro Static Controlled environment (ESD)
  • Experience working with AS9100
