Summary  

This position with be administratively supporting the Sales Department.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

• Maintain Dealership Inventory Files including gathering all paperwork from customer and/or internal departments, documenting in database, and closing files out for all CTOS-Lynchburg Builds.   

• Communicate directly with customers to obtain needed signatures and other paperwork   

• Process Titling work for all Trucks   

• Create Invoices for new orders for all CTOS-Lynchburg Builds   

• Coordinate with Customers and Transport companies to schedule Truck Deliveries   

• Open all Production Work Orders for Sold Units.   

o Facilitates production builds   

o Assigns Priority Levels to production   

• Create and maintain sales quote templates in Conga   

• Complete Data entry into ACCESS-Based Sales Database and continuously maintain the Customer Database   

• Create and maintain Customer accounts in Salesforce   

• Assist and communicate with outside salespeople within the company about equipment and other issues   

• Create and pull weekly and monthly reports   

Required Skills and Qualifications   

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent work experience.  

• Must have very good organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented   

• Must possess assertive attitude   

• Requires direct focus and ability to follow all procedures without deviating   

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

• Outgoing and bright personality   

• Excellent customer service   

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking   

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)   

• Preferred Skills and Qualifications   

• Experience in Adobe Acrobat PDF & Reader   

• Previous Dealership experience

• Attitude: This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A positive attitude and willingness to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members is essential to this position.   

• Attendance – The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary in order to meet business demands.   

• The job is performed under extreme temperature variations and some hazardous conditions.   

• Oral Expression and comprehension — The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.   

• Written Comprehension and expression — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.   

• Reasoning — The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. The ability to tell when something is wrong and solve the problem or seek advice.   

• Manual dexterity – The ability to type or operate common mechanical tools and equipment up to 12 hours per day, 60 hours per week.   

• Lifting – The ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
