This position is responsible for accurate and timely posting of payments from insurance, patients, third party , Medicare, Medicaid, etc. They are also responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of BenchMark Rehab Partners.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in the healthcare field.
  • Preferred current knowledge of business operations and processes.
  • Experience reviewing and posting payments from Explanation of Benefits. Experience ensuring that all current month&''s deposits are posted and balanced within the current month.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of medical Explanations of Benefits.
  • Working knowledge or ability to learn company standard programs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others within the business office.
  • Ability to examine processes, polices, and problems, and offer solutions.
  • Have an overall positive and supportive attitude of yourself, your team members, and the company.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prefer experience in the healthcare industry.


  • The primary responsibility of the person will be to manually and electronically post payments per the Explanation of Benefits
  • Balances all posted payments to the deposit at the end of every calendar day
  • Provides corrections or adjustments when necessary
  • Provides excellent service to co-workers and customers. Provides feedback concerning quality and process improvement for leadership.
